Well, I suppose it is obvious to suggest that if you eat less food for a week, you'll lose a few pounds. Still, it was very nice to step on the scale this morning at the gym and discover that I've lost about 26 pounds since August 1. It will be interesting to see whether or not I can keep these pounds off... but until then, I'm going to celebrate holiday weight loss, not holiday weight gain.
